The new 2-storey £3m centre for Engineering and Construction replaces the old poor quality single storey buildings.

All the facilities are now housed under one roof including Administration, teaching and seminar rooms, library and a cafeteria.

Completed as a design and Build contract with Kier NW Construction, it was partly funded by the Welsh Assembly Government and opened by the First Minister for Wales, Rhodri Morgan.
