STUDENT UNION BUILDING
UNIVERSITY OF CHESTER
The new Student Union Building has been located adjacent to the existing bar and dining hall to form a new centralised ‘student hub’, and releases the old buildings for redevelopment.
The flexible accommodation houses welfare, offices, shop, and meeting rooms and also provides a lift link with the existing student bar.
Completed as a Design and Building contract with Wynne Construction, it has won the Commercial sector category at this year’s Cheshire Built-in Quality Awards.
